Fuel All
Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when
the hire started. A charge of £1.10 per litre (ex
VAT) is charged on any shortfall. Please note whether your
vehicle is Petrol or Diesel.
Office Hours
(Collection & Returning Vehicles) Normal Office
hours are 8am till 6pm Mon-Fri, 8am till 4pm Saturday. Any
vehicles to be requested outside of these hours have to be
paid for during office hours. Vehicles brought back outside
office hours are the hirers responsibilty until check in the
next working day. Any problems will be notified immediatley
and in writing. Our Site has 24 hour security and vehicles
are available 24 hours a day. Hirers own vehicles can be left
at our site if required.
Deposits The deposit
for every vehicle is £250 and is payable by Credit card or
equivalent (i.e. Switch, Electron) but not AMEX, cheque or
Cash. No transaction takes place, but the amount is
authorised for the period of the hire in case of damage to the
vehicle or shortfall of fuel. This authorisation automatically
cancels, you do not have to do anything.
Breakdown
Cover Breakdown Cover is included within England,
Scotland and Wales only. Any breakdowns outside the UK are
not covered by our policy and must be arranged by the
hirer.
Additional Drivers, Going
Abroad Hire is available to the continent subject to an
additional charge. Any breakdowns outside the UK are not
covered by our policy and must be arranged by the
hirer. Additional drivers are charged at £5 (Inc VAT) per
day per additional driver.
What do I need to bring
to Hire a vehicle? You will need; 1) A valid UK full
driving licence (N.B. please note that if you have the new
two-part driving licence to bring both parts) We cannot
hire vehicle to recently disqualified drivers (i.e. within
last five years) 2) A form of ID With your name and Address
(i.e. Utility bill, Bank statement or a passport) 3) Credit
Card or equivalent for the deposit (Not AMEX)

tool. Any requests for booking will be answered within 24
hours. Please do not give credit card details via email.
Delivery and collection are available for account customers
and longer term hires (i.e. over one week). This may be
subject to charge depending on distance.
